Borghese Fango Active VS Brightening Mud Mask

I have found my most favorite mask, it's the Borghese mud mask! These mask are amazing but if I had to pick a favorite between the regular and brightening I'm going to go with the regular. I chose the regular one because it has more moisture and I feel like it tightens my face a little more. Another reason why I would not buy the pink one anymore is because I really don't see my face brighter after the application. The Borghese mud mask is very different from the other mask I have at home because really does tighten, soften, and norishes instantaneously after I wash my face. In addition, your skin's condition will stay the same way for the next few days even if you don't apply any skin care (I was trying to test it out, no... j/k it was lazy and didn't apply cream) Oh, another perk is that this mud is from Tuscany's volcanic hills! wow... that sounds amazing. Overall, I really love this make because it does everything it claims to do and do not break me out. A tip of advice is that during the first couple times of application you would feel this strong tingling feeling on your face but it's normal so just bare with it. Don't worry it didn't break me out and same with a few of my friends. Yeah, they all love this product. Anyways try it out if you guys get a chance. Good luck!

Remember to store these mud mask in a cool, dry place so it'll extend it's shelf life.

 Ah... ha.. it's on my face now. I'm obsessed with it but I understand I'm not suppose to overdue it as I have to let my skin naturally restore itself.

Wow  look at how moisturizing it looks right here on my hand. The texture of it is kind of like a thick pudding so it's very easy to spread it out. I didn't want to show the pink one as its much drier looking.

The angle makes me look so weird here but my face was getting so stiff so I could hardly move. Yeah, I literally ran outside my house to take this picture because of the better lighting. Hope no one saw me or else I would have scared some people.

Fresh & Easy Spring Makeup Tutorial Using Ardell "The Special Occasion" False Eyelashes

Hi guys! I've just created a makeup tutorial using the newly released Ardell falsies for their "The Special Occasion" collection. The style I have on for my spring makeup tutorial is called Sublime. Since the lashes are longer toward the outside I decided to make my eyes look longer using eyeshadow and eyeliner. I really like the way this false eyelashes look because it makes my eyes very dolly. These lashes reminds me of this porcelain doll I had when I was as child so it super pretty! Overall, the band of this eyelash is a little thicker than the regular Ardell lashes, but it is still very flexible so it adjusted to my eyes very evenly without the ends sticking out. Anyways, since the lashes are a bit thicker and heavier I had to use double eyelid tape to create a bigger crease so I can still see some color. It would look very horrible if I open my eyes and all you guys see is a black roof on top of my eyes. Remember to cut the double eyelid tape smaller and not be greedy because we do not want to look like we have bandaged our eyes or it will look so fake. You guys have got to create it like mine so that when you open you eyes you cannot see the tape but only when you have your eyes closed. You just have to practice and practice to get it perfect so don't be lasy!!!!

Here's how the makeup look and sorry that my hair is kind of flat as I didn't put any styling products.

Close up shot with my eyes closed. I think the double eyelid tape was still to big so I'll have to make it smaller next time. Remember to don't be too greedy and use a thick tape or else it would look so obvious when you open your eyes.

 

Look at how different and pretty these lashes are when compare them to the regular Ardell lashes! I love them!

Here's a comparison of my eyes with a celebrity that had a horrible makeup artist that applied her makeup that day. Sorry that the bottom picture is kind of blurry because the footage of her drama were not very clear. Anyways you guys can see how obvious that tape on her eyes look when she opens up her eyes. Yes it was very annoying watching her the whole entire series because I just wanted to reach in and pull her tape off the whole entire time! I know you guys are wondering who is is... guess...

 

Alright did anyone get it right? She is none other then Taiwan's cutie pie girl, Yao Yao. You guys finally see what I mean about double eyelid tape gone wrong. Hmmm... I do notice that she looks better now a days so not sure if she changed a makeup artist or got something done. Good Cleanser = Good Skin

I want to share something an amazing cleansing system with you guys, my sister called it the miraculous invention as it had given her skin a 360 degree change. Your skin will feel so clean and smooth that once you touch your face it'll slip right off. Don't believe in me saying that it'll slip off as that's just me exaggerating. It's great but not to a point where it'll give you skin like a baby's butt. Hoping for skin like a baby's' butt is now just a horizon away. Sooner or later my nick name would be tofu as my skin will reborn and feel like a baby's butt and when you touch it it'll slip right off. Unfortunately, I've already passed that stage several decades ago and that can now only happen in my dreams. Opps... just gave off my age, but oh well. However, one can still wish! Anyways, back to reality....oh, did you guys know that cleansing is the first step to getting good skin? You will get less skin problem when you give it a very clean wash but sometimes soap and water is not enough so the brand Clarisonic has invented a cleansing system with a few different models to offer 6x better cleanse than with your hands alone in just 60 seconds.

Luckily, both my sister and I never got any breakout after using this cleaning brush. I personally don't like the Clarisonic cleanser gel so I prefer to use my own and my current favorite is Loreal's 360 degree wash. Loreal's cleanser is cheap and cleans my face very well. ( we all know how fast cleansers get depleted so spending $5-6 a pop would be a very wise choice). Now back to the Clarisonic, I usually use it 2-3 times each week as a deep exfoliator but not daily as your skin needs time to regrow. Another tip of advice is read the instruction manual before using it as each part of your face requires a certain second of cleaning time to maximize results. Since I hardly ever apply foundation on my face I can't really tell how well this system cleans but by looking at my sister's brush which is now beige color looking I can finally understand why see used to break out so much. Before my sister started using this device, i bet you she never washed her face clean or else why is there so much residue stuck on this brush. How dare her tell me how hygienic she is when she's so  dirty. You know washing her face doesn't mean anything if you don't wash it clean. Thanks to this baby I feel like my pores are getting smaller and face a lot cleaner. If you guys are planning to purchase the Clarisonic cleaning device it will cost somewhere from $119 so it's quite pricey. I saw one on ebay for $40 but it's missing a charger so if you guys want to save some money then buy on ebay instead. Another thing is the this device is way better than Olay's pro cleaning device so don't waste your money as they cannot be compared! Olay's device just feels cheap and do not clean as well as I've tested it! Anyways, good luck and remember to clean your face every day!!!

Skin Food: Avocado

Besides taking care of our skin with laboratory produced products, we must never forget about nature's resources around us that has always been extremely beneficial to our skin. Today's mother nature's item I wanted to share with your guys is the avocado! Avocado contains healthy fats and phytonutrients that works as a natural moisturizer through in-taking or using directly on skin. Avocado's oil is very similar to our skin's oil so rubbing it against our face for two to four times a week will promote excellent skin complexion and at the same time soothe deep muscle inflammation. Eating half an avocado every other day will also help lower cholesterol. Therefore, since the avocado is so beneficial lets eat some then use the vitamin packed green pulp remaining from the peel to apply as a mask for maximum skin softening and soothing.

I went ahead and bought this avocado from my local Ralphs grocery store and I cannot believe how small the seed for this avocado is! I have never seen an avocado seed this small, it's about 1/3 of the regular seed size. I'm so happy I got so much meat out of this little sucker! I must go back and load some more. You guys should definitely buy from this company (Mission) of avocado if you guys ever come across because it will maximize your skin beautifying results and help you save money!

Sweet Ice Cream Nail Tutorial

Since it's spring and summer is coming up, I decided to create this very sweet nail tutorial to help you guys cool down. The steps are very straight forward and very simple to replicate. I highly recommend using acrylic paint for drawing the chocolate drizzling tip of the nail because it's so much easier to control as paint dries 5 times slower then nail polish. In addition, don't worry about the acrylic paint looking thick after application because after the water evaporates it'll become flat (I applied a little too think and it took around 5 minutes for the paint to completely dry). For this design, I decided to add some pearls and gems as the sprinkles on top of ice cream for a 3D effect,  but if you guys don't have any then you could always create sprinkles by dotting on colorful nail polishes or acrylic paint. Remember the key to creating perfect nails is  to be creative! Please take a picture to show me your creation. Omg, these nails are making me so hungry. I think I'm gong to get something to eat now... Bye now!

 Colors are different from the ones I already own but looks very pretty and is perfect for spring.

 Wow, the colors are very pigmented and is definitely worth every penny of the $1.50 I spent. Sorry that my arm is a little dry.... I'll go ahead and lotion it now.

No look can be complete without nail polish so here's how the included nail color looks like. I actually applied 2 coats on my nails to get it so bright. I really love the fact that it's fast dry because it only took around 5-7 minutes for me to start this tutorial. 

 Since we are on a budget, we will not buy any other products. I just happen to have some free samples of mascara and face power so I just added it on to the look too. (banging my head on the wall because I don't have any free eyeliner) Since it's spring, light makeup would be more suitable and if you have long lashes and good skin then there's no need to use to free samples. (hey this is possible!)

aww.... the colors are very pigmented but the only problem that I have with this mini palette is that the colors do not match very well because the green and orange are the same tone and the other light green is too similar to the green shade except a little lighter. Overall, I'm happy with the price but I'm not happy with the color combination so you guys should not use it alone. Another thing I really wished this set included was an eyeliner because my look really needed it! Don't you guys agree my eyes don't look too energetic without it?
